Managing your spurl library
While the Spurl bar is the most efficient way to access your links, many management features can only be accessed under My Spurls on the Spurl.net website.
If you want to edit the information for a single spurl in your library, start by locating it (either by searching or opening a folder or tag it belongs to) then expand the spurl information by pressing the plus sign in front of the link and click "Edit" in the spurl tool links on the right hand side. The quickest way to edit an individual spurl from the Spurl bar is to click the info icon (
) in front of the link in the bar and then click "Edit" in the "My info" part of the spurl information.
On the Edit spurl info page, you can change any information you've previously entered about the page.
If you want to move, copy or delete many spurls at once, you can do so by opening the folder holding the spurls (again under My Spurls on the Spurl.net website), check the checkboxes in front of the spurls in question and then use the drop down menu at the bottom of the list to choose the appropriate action. Press "Go" to perform the action.
To move or edit the information for a category, open the category by clicking it in the folder list on the My spurls page. Then click the edit (
) or delete (
) icons at the top of the folder list. To create a new folder, use the new folder icon (
) and enter the information. The folder will be created as a sub-folder of the folder currently open in the folder list. To create a new top-level folder, click "Uncategorized" or open "Quick links" and then press the new folder icon.
